Grace Lee

Grace Lee has been with the law firm of Stahancyk, Kent, Johnson & Hook, P.C. since 2002, when she started in the firm’s Bend, Oregon office. She has been a member of the Portland office since 2003 and was nominated as a shareholder in 2008. She is both an effective negotiator and litigator with wide experience in handling divorce and custody cases. Ms. Lee received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in 1998 and her Law Degree in 2001 from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She interned at the Arizona Attorney General's Office in the Department of Fraud and Public Corruption. While in law school, she participated in a child advocacy clinic and represented minor children in various stages of dependency proceedings. Ms. Lee was also a Presiding Judge in the 2005-6 Oregon Mock Trial Competition. During her time in law school, Ms. Lee was a note and comment editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and was active in the National Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She served as a team captain in the Multnomah County Court Care Fund Raiser. Her practice focuses on divorce, custody and support. Ms. Lee was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. Both of Ms. Lee's parents came to the United States from Korea in the early 1970s. Her mother is a professor at Northern Arizona University and her recently retired father worked for the United States Department of the Interior as a civil engineer.
